Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Cloud & Kubernetes

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to shape and scale the infrastructure of a modern AI‑driven platform used by frontline employees worldwide. You will join a collaborative Platform Squad, own critical reliability initiatives, and drive architectural decisions that improve system resilience and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable, high‑availability cloud and Kubernetes environments for global growth.
• Define and implement reliability strategies such as zero‑downtime deployments, disaster recovery, and rollback mechanisms.
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and telemetry systems to ensure operational excellence.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and self‑service platform capabilities.
• Lead incident response, conduct blameless post‑mortems, and drive systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and operational practices.
• Mentor teammates through design reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Proven track record operating and scaling high‑throughput, highly available production systems.
• Deep understanding of observability concepts (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, logging, tracing).
• Strong software engineering and automation skills.
