About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join a fast‑growing, remote‑first organization based in Germany. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support and maintaining the stability, security and efficiency of internal IT operations for globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal employees across a globally distributed remote‑first organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, access management, and system‑related issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and provisioning through Google Workspace and Active Directory.
  • Configure, deploy and support Windows and macOS devices, including OS installation and device setup.
  • Administer endpoint management and MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf or similar.
  • Handle support requests via Jira or other ITSM/service‑desk tools while meeting SLA expectations.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and support corporate hardware lifecycle management.
  • Assist with IT operations for office hubs, internal events and cross‑functional technical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and operational teams to improve internal systems, user experience and service delivery standards.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT support, system administration or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory administration.
  • Hands‑on experience with MDM and endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf or equivalents).
  • Proven experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across hardware, software, networking and remote‑access systems.
  • Ability to stay calm, organized and effective in high‑priority or fast‑paced situations.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
