Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Global Hiring Lead

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will shape vCluster Labs' first international hiring presence, leading recruitment across engineering, product, go‑to‑market and corporate functions. Based in Germany, you will act as the local face of the company for European candidates while collaborating closely with the US People Ops team.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical and go‑to‑market roles worldwide, guiding candidates from screening to offer.
• Serve as the first EMEA‑based recruiter, building hiring practices, market knowledge and candidate networks across Europe.
• Proactively source passive talent and develop high‑quality pipelines for priority positions.
• Champion a data‑driven interview process, ensuring consistent use of scorecards and maintaining data integrity in the Ashby ATS.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with transparent, timely communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insights and advise on compensation and closing strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth tech startup, covering multiple functions.
• Comfortable moving between technical and go‑to‑market hiring, quickly learning each function’s language and priorities.
• Based in Germany and able to work across European and US time zones.
• Builder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and establish new hiring processes.
• Data‑centric approach, using analytics to monitor pipeline health and inform decisions.
• High emotional intelligence and strong partnership skills.
