Senior Talent Partner – Go To Market

About the role

Adobe is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders across its Go‑To‑Market organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while shaping workforce strategy, market insights, and inclusive hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executives and functional leaders to translate business goals into hiring strategies and provide talent market intelligence.
• Lead intake meetings, define role scopes, success profiles, and advise on organizational build and hiring priorities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Go‑To‑Market positions, develop sourcing plans, drive structured interview processes, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS, track recruiting metrics, and continuously improve interview frameworks and hiring processes.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensure compliance with employment laws, and promote Adobe as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience as an internal recruiter, preferably in a high‑growth tech environment.
• Strong expertise in the Central Europe market, especially Germany.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for Go‑To‑Market roles.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
