Site Administrator / Baustellenassistenz

About the role

TSL is seeking a Site Administrator (Baustellenassistenz) to support its fast‑growing construction projects in Massen‑Niederlausitz. This full‑time, on‑site position provides essential administrative assistance to project teams, vendors and internal departments, ensuring the site office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from customers, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Maintain document control for both digital and hard‑copy project files.
• Manage office supplies, PPE, IT equipment, access cards and overall inventory.
• Organise travel and accommodation for team members.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors and service providers to keep the office environment safe and operational.
• Process invoices, receipts, delivery dockets and other administrative records.
• Support visitors, meetings and day‑to‑day office coordination activities.
• Liaise with HR, IT, Finance and HSE departments.
• Assist with administrative tracking, reporting and general project support.

Required profile

• Completed commercial, administrative or business qualification (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or equivalent experience.
• Previous office or site administration experience, preferably in construction, engineering or technical environments.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, reliable and team‑oriented mindset.
