About the role

The Site Director will lead the Customer Engineering group for the TSMC global account in Dresden, Germany, overseeing site managers and engineers on a two‑year long‑term assignment.

Key responsibilities

Manage professional Customer Engineers and ensure performance and results for the TSMC account.
Direct ESMC Germany business issues, including customer satisfaction, P&L, and budget management.
Anticipate future customer needs and deliver service commitments and solutions to high‑value problems.
Maintain workforce skills and capabilities to meet current and future service requirements.
Define performance metrics and report progress against business unit and account goals.

Required profile

15+ years experience in the semiconductor field, preferably with equipment supplier experience.
At least 7 years of people‑management experience, including senior manager or site director roles.
Experience working with TSMC is a plus.
Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
