Software Engineer (f/m/d)

About the role

As a Software Engineer at Manex AI you will help build the core of a platform that unifies manufacturing data, models factory ontologies and powers agentic applications on the shop floor. The role spans backend, frontend and tooling, allowing you to work where your expertise adds the most value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines and the ontology layer.
• Implement user‑facing applications used daily by manufacturers.
• Own features from design through production, collaborating directly with founders and customers.
• Write, review and contribute to RFCs that shape the platform.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of React, Python, TypeScript or Rust.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced early‑stage startup environment.
• Passion for writing maintainable, tested and performant code.
