Software Engineer (Full‑Stack)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced full‑stack software engineer to help build the Rapid Next Platform, a modern system that supports funeral professionals and families. You will work on consolidating legacy systems into a unified, cloud‑native platform during a major technical transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using C#/.NET, Java Spring Boot, Angular, React and Vue.
• Participate in agile teams, collaborating with product managers and adjacent engineering groups.
• Design, implement and deliver complete features from concept to production with autonomy.
• Work within a containerized, cloud environment (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality, security and performance.

Required profile

• Significant development experience across multiple projects and domains.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Strong commitment to clean, maintainable code.
• Fluent English; German proficiency is a plus.
