Supply Chain Management Specialist – Frankfurt

About the role

As a Supply Chain Management Specialist you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end logistics flow of LG Chem’s aesthetic and technical plastics products across Europe. You will work closely with purchasing, sales, logistics partners and customers to ensure smooth operations from order receipt to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete supply chain process, from purchasing to end‑customer supply.
• Coordinate inventory levels, purchase orders, delivery processing and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts.
• Oversee transportation chain coordination and logistics processes.
• Track and analyse logistic‑related costs and perform monthly stock analysis.
• Handle customer service, complaint resolution and monthly invoicing.
• Maintain close communication with sales, customers and logistics partners.
• Perform customs clearance, duty management and supplier invoice processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Business fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
