Systems Administrator – IT Operations

About the role

Sanoptis is building a modern, secure and scalable IT environment across its European network of eye clinics. As a Systems Administrator you will keep the core IT services running smoothly, ensuring that staff can work productively and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenant, handling user provisioning, rights management and security configuration.
• Provision, configure and roll out laptops and mobile devices, managing their lifecycle through endpoint and mobile device management (MDM) tools.
• Maintain and improve networking, servers, backup solutions and cloud infrastructure at headquarters and partner locations.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for business applications and SaaS tools, handling onboarding and offboarding of users.
• Coordinate external IT providers and vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives such as access governance, patch management and data‑protection compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services, covering hardware, software, user‑rights management and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint/device management.
• Strong understanding of networking, server administration, backup and cloud technologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with finance, operations and external partners.
