Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Interpath Advisory is seeking a Manager for its Talent Acquisition team to lead the attraction and hiring of high‑quality talent for its fast‑growing financial advisory business. You will partner with leadership across Germany and internationally to support strategic hiring initiatives as the firm expands into new markets and service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute end‑to‑end talent acquisition projects that align with business growth objectives.
• Utilise a broad range of sourcing channels—including headhunting, advertising, personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional communities—to identify and engage top‑calibre candidates.
• Support the creation and posting of job descriptions and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Develop and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Leverage data and insights to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, either in‑house or agency, preferably within professional services or finance.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with leadership and hiring managers.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of scaling teams in fast‑moving environments.
