Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Unosecur is building a comprehensive identity security platform and needs its first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment engine, shaping how the company attracts and selects top talent across engineering, sales, and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: brief, source, screen, interview, and close candidates quickly and efficiently.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies through communities, events, referrals, and other channels to reach passive talent.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Unosecur’s people‑first culture.
• Partner closely with the Founder and Operations team to define role requirements and hiring standards.
• Promote the employer brand and make the company’s culture visible to prospective candidates.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, keep pipelines clean, and generate reporting for leadership.
• Support broader People Operations initiatives such as onboarding and employee experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in‑house at a startup or scale‑up (agency experience considered).
• Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to manage high volumes of tasks.
• Builder mentality – motivated by creating processes from scratch.
• Strong instinct for reading people and communicating effectively.
