Technology Lead – Intercom & Broadcast Systems

About the role

RIEDEL Communications seeks a Technology Lead for Intercom & Broadcast Systems to design and prepare systems for international multimedia events, supporting sales and project management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare intercom and broadcast solutions for large‑scale live events.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and customer product queries related to RIEDEL CORE technology.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners and managers to relay project feedback.
• Work within the Product Experts team to create standards and solutions for the Managed Technology department.
• Provide training and documentation via Confluence, SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Coordinate and conduct on‑site service, demos and training sessions.

Required profile

• Completed technical university studies (e.g., media, industrial engineering or a business‑technology blend).
• At least 5 years of operational technical experience in the broadcast or related market.
• Proven ability to manage direct customer relationships and external partnerships.
• Strong self‑management, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Riedel hardware/software: Artist, Bolero, SmartPanel.
• Experience with MediorNet video distribution solutions.
• Extensive IT knowledge, especially network configurations and PTP.
