Tourism Content Editor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Tourism Content Editor to work as an AI Trainer, helping to improve conversational AI models that serve the tourism sector. The role is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Germany who are fluent in both English and German.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in realistic dialogues with AI chatbots in English and German to assess their performance.
• Design and write original conversation scripts that teach the bots appropriate tourism‑related responses.
• Present diverse and complex problem scenarios to the models and evaluate the generated outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI output quality, noting any linguistic or factual errors.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid background in writing, editing, and grammar.
• Demonstrated expertise in linguistics or content creation, preferably with experience in tourism.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Based in Germany and able to work independently as a contractor.
