Transformation Associate

About the role

As a Transformation Associate you will join McKinsey’s Transformation practice, working directly with senior leaders to design and execute large‑scale change programs. You will be embedded in client teams across Germany and Austria, helping organisations improve performance, grow revenue and build lasting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interim management and transformation initiatives that typically span 12 + months.
• Identify and activate cost, revenue, business‑model, organizational and capability levers to deliver measurable impact.
• Apply McKinsey’s proprietary MT processes, tools, benchmarks and methodologies to drive disciplined implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional client teams to translate strategic insights into concrete actions.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
