Vice President Internal & Partner Communications – Europe & North Africa (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Vice President of Internal & Partner Communications will lead the communication strategy for Accor’s owners and talent across Europe and North Africa. Based in either Munich or London, this fixed‑term role ensures consistent messaging that builds trust and supports regional business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for corporate offices, hotel teams and owners.
• Craft and adapt key messages aligned with regional business priorities.
• Drive change communications to boost employee engagement.
• Organise bi‑annual gatherings, managing logistics and content.
• Create formats that facilitate dialogue between senior leadership and teams at all levels.
• Coordinate communications across departments to ensure alignment for Accor brands and regions.
• Lead and develop the Internal & Partner Communications team for Europe & North Africa.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Economics or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in communications, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to build relationships with employees and senior leaders.
• Creative mindset with capacity to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong ability to define core messages that reflect company strategy.
• Outgoing personality with networking interest.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
