About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead its Transfer Solutions business across Central Europe. The role combines strategic sales leadership with product development to expand existing relationships and create new partnership opportunities in the digital payments space.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the Transfer Solutions strategy (e.g., Send, cross‑border services) for Central Europe.
- Develop value propositions and go‑to‑market plans for key customers.
- Assess business cases, new models, and partnership agreements to grow market footprint.
- Lead market analysis and translate insights into product and sales tactics.
- Own the Central Europe P&L and ensure alignment with global and European strategies.
- Collaborate with account managers, product managers, marketing, technical experts and consultants.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales leadership experience in financial services or payments.
- Strong track record of building and scaling B2B partnerships.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive results.
