Wholesale Buyer (All Genders)

About the role

ABOUT YOU is seeking a proactive Wholesale Buyer to independently purchase fashion brands while adhering to budget and KPI targets. You will work closely with the buying team to shape and optimise the product assortment for the company’s e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Independently purchase wholesale brands within the allocated budget and KPI framework.
• Plan purchasing activities in coordination with the Head of Buying and the Buying Development team.
• Develop, optimise and support the product range.
• Lead and participate in price and condition negotiations with suppliers.
• Monitor competition and market trends to inform buying decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with Merchandise Planning.

Required profile

• Completed studies in economics or textile economics.
• Minimum two years of experience in independent buying of external fashion brands.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Structured, reliable work style with a hands‑on mentality.
• Good sense of fashion trends and market dynamics.
• Business‑fluent written and spoken English.
