Working Student Frontend Engineer (TypeScript)

About the role

Join Bettermile as a Working Student Frontend Engineer and contribute to the Better Planner product. You will work with a supportive, diverse team in a hybrid setting, gaining hands‑on experience with modern web technologies while balancing your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement clean, reusable UI components as part of the design system migration.
• Develop frontend features from scratch under mentorship from senior engineers.
• Contribute to the evolution of the team’s AI framework.
• Conduct technical investigations, evaluate new tools, and help resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot, refactor, and maintain smooth, reliable user experiences.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field.
• Strong motivation to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
