Working Student – Go-to-Market Engineering (Marketing & Revenue Ops)

About the role

RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics and needs a Working Student to support its Go-to-Market Engineering function. You will work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to design and automate systems that scale outreach and improve revenue processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise outreach sequences, messaging workflows and cold‑email performance for the sales team.
• Maintain and enhance CRM workflows in HubSpot, create automations and integrations using Zapier, and support lead routing and pipeline automation.
• Develop data enrichment and prospecting pipelines with tools such as Clay and Smartlead, including domain setup and deliverability monitoring.
• Analyse outreach and pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks and propose automation improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Engineering, Data or related field).
• Strong interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Automation or Growth Systems with an analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Good written and spoken English and ability to work autonomously.
