Working Student IT Support – Munich

About the role

Join Roland Berger’s global IT team as a Working Student in Munich. You will support the consulting business by providing first‑line technical assistance and gaining hands‑on experience with a variety of IT devices and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure, replace and maintain PCs and iOS devices according to company standards.
• Provide first‑level IT support to users via phone, ticketing system and on‑site assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate on innovative IT projects and contribute ideas.
• Document support cases and keep accurate records of devices and inventory.

Required profile

• Successfully completed a technical high‑school diploma or university entrance qualification.
• Strong enthusiasm for IT topics and digital solutions.
• Structured way of working with a clear service orientation.
• Team‑player, reliable, highly motivated and eager to learn.

Required skills

• PC hardware handling and maintenance.
• iOS device configuration and support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
