Ads Marketing Manager – Germany

About the role

Netflix is building a must‑buy advertising solution and needs a dedicated marketer to launch Netflix Ads in Germany. You will design and execute B2B marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness, support sales goals, and connect with local advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and craft go‑to‑market strategies and narratives that empower the Sales team and resonate with advertising clients.
• Lead Netflix Ads’ presence at local industry events and custom client engagements, ensuring impactful representation.
• Partner with Communications, Product Marketing, Measurement, Sales, Brand Partnerships, Events and other teams to maintain a unified ads narrative across all channels.
• Synthesize business objectives to define key audiences, optimal channels, and regions for activation.
• Utilize data insights and new ad solutions to create compelling B2B stories tailored to the German market.
• Build deep understanding of advertiser partners, gather actionable insights, and represent partner needs to cross‑functional teams.
• Act as primary point of contact for trade bodies and industry groups.
