Bellman – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bellman to join our luxury hotel team in Munich. As the first point of contact for guests, you will help create memorable experiences by delivering attentive, professional service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes for all guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests with a high level of service.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions and transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to coordinate guest services.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar guest‑service role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong host mentality with a confident, professional demeanor.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
• Flexibility, high commitment and excellent manners.
• Well‑groomed appearance.
