Cabin Crew – Dubai Base with Relocation from Munich

About the role

Emirates is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its Dubai‑based team, with relocation support for candidates currently in Munich. As the face of the airline, you will ensure passenger comfort, safety, and a memorable travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce security procedures.
• Assist passengers with special needs and resolve in‑flight issues.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and prepare the aircraft for departure.
• Collaborate with the flight deck and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of hospitality or customer‑service experience.
• Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Eligibility to meet UAE employment visa requirements.

What we offer

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour (average 80‑100 hours/month).
• Average total compensation around AED 11,244 per month.
• Overnight meal allowance credited monthly.
• Company‑provided hotel accommodation and airport transport.
