Chef de Partie (Hotel & Club)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Soho House Berlin. In this position you will be responsible for managing your designated kitchen section, delivering high‑quality dishes and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and operate your section efficiently under the Head Chef’s supervision.
• Prepare, cook and plate dishes in line with the club’s standards.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and stock levels within your area.
• Contribute to a seamless service that delights members.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy, high‑profile restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Reliable, friendly and eager to learn.
• Commitment to uphold the brand’s high culinary standards.
• Natural hospitality charm and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Strong cooking techniques.
• Good product knowledge.
