Country Manager – Germany

About the role

IMPRESS, Europe’s leading digital orthodontic clinic chain, is seeking a dynamic Country Manager for Germany. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing clinic performance, and shaping the customer experience across all German locations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure revenue growth and profitability of all IMPRESS clinics in Germany.
• Lead clinic teams, monitor KPIs, and exceed sales targets.
• Act as the bridge between headquarters and the German market, communicating vision and motivating staff.
• Track daily and weekly sales plans, conversions, and implement improvement action plans.
• Achieve monthly and annual budgets while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
• Coach and train sales and medical teams on best‑practice selling techniques.
• Maintain compliance with sales, operational processes, regulations, and sanitary protocols.
• Organise work schedules for sales, clinical staff, and doctors.
• Participate in marketing activities, influencer collaborations, and social‑media content creation.
• Negotiate with partners, external stakeholders, and support legal/financial structuring as needed.

• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales budgets and KPIs.
