DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Kubernetes (f/m/x)

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer at Lemon.markets, you will join a cross‑functional team responsible for the design, evolution, and reliability of a cloud‑native infrastructure that powers a Brokerage‑as‑a‑Service platform. You will work on a stable foundation built on AWS EKS, infrastructure‑as‑code, and automated deployment pipelines, delivering secure and scalable solutions for internal engineers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance the AWS‑based infrastructure, including networking, RDS, S3, IAM, and RedShift.
• Maintain and evolve the Kubernetes (EKS) platform following security, privacy, and monitoring best practices.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions.
• Integrate observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and DataDog for metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the growing business demand.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive architectural improvements and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform or OpenTofu).
• Strong knowledge of AWS core services, networking, and IAM security practices.
• Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters on EKS.
• Familiarity with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, DataDog).
• Experience building modern CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, GitHub Actions).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, fast‑moving fintech environment.
