About the role

As a Digital Manager (B2B) at ONECompany, you will shape and execute our digital marketing strategy to boost online presence, generate qualified leads, and feed the sales pipeline. You will own the end‑to‑end management of our B2B channels, from social media to SEO and emerging AI‑driven visibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and run B2B social media strategy on LinkedIn and YouTube, handling editorial planning and community engagement.
  • Lead the SEO roadmap, including topic clusters, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and snippet enhancements.
  • Create a GEO (AI visibility) playbook with answer‑first content, Q&A modules and source‑of‑truth pages.
  • Produce and optimise content across the buyer journey – pillar pages, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers and webinars.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid search, paid social, retargeting and email campaigns.
  • Ensure clean lead tracking in Salesforce, set up UTM parameters, dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Web/IT and external partners.

Required profile

  • Several years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in software or complex solutions.
  • Hands‑on expertise in B2B social media, SEO and content strategy.
  • Performance‑driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.
  • Excellent written English; German is a strong plus.
  • Structured, ownership‑focused working style and strong stakeholder management.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
  • SEO tools such as Sistrix, Semrush, Ahrefs
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing
