Director of Product - Shipping Networks

About the role

eBay is seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to own the global strategy and product vision for its Pick‑Up and Drop‑Off (PUDO) and Local Delivery ecosystem. This senior leader will shape a best‑in‑class, globally integrated PUDO experience that balances customer convenience, cost efficiency, and operational scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a long‑term global PUDO product vision aligned with eBay’s overall strategy.
• Establish a scalable, market‑adaptable framework for PUDO experience design, pricing, partner integration, and network optimization.
• Drive innovation and experimentation with local delivery options to create differentiated customer experiences.
• Lead the global PUDO product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business, operations, engineering, and commercial priorities.
• Mentor and develop product managers across regions, setting strong product management standards and frameworks.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional, globally distributed products.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a balance of vision and execution.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, marketplaces, or network‑based products (PUDO experience preferred).
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
