About the role

We are looking for a seasoned executive to join a fast‑growing, innovative organization as an Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence Coach. In this role you will partner directly with senior leaders to boost leadership effectiveness, streamline operations, and drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one executive coaching using a structured methodology, offering feedback and guidance to senior leaders.
• Mentor leadership teams to improve collaboration, team dynamics, and career development.
• Design and implement operational strategies that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth.
• Oversee key operational functions such as financial management, HR, and compliance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and operational improvements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on leadership, talent development, and organizational performance.
• Lead initiatives on employee engagement, succession planning, and building an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in VP, C‑suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in driving operational strategies and leading high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen, understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and leadership practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; advanced degree desirable.
