Experienced Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruiting)

About the role

Phaidon International, a global recruitment agency, is seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its international team. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple sectors, acting as the primary point of contact for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full 360 recruitment cycle from sourcing to contract signing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and industry developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, preferably in financial services, technology, life sciences, or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
