About the role
Logistica OS is looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build its sales engine from the ground up. This is a hands‑on learning experience where you will work directly with the founding team and seasoned sellers to shape how the company sells, grows, and wins.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define early go‑to‑market strategies and drive execution.
- Research and prospect potential customers, creating the first version of the sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Handle objections, qualify opportunities, and close deals with founders’ support.
- Experiment with new outreach tactics and continuously improve messaging and processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong drive, ambition, and curiosity; resilience to cold calls and rejections.
- Excitement about building a sales function from scratch in an early‑stage team.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Desire to progress to an Account Executive role and eventually sales leadership.
- Optional: background in logistics or supply‑chain.
