Guest Room Attendant – Jacksonville Beach

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at Springhill Suites in Jacksonville Beach and help maintain a welcoming environment for guests. You will work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure rooms meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and respond to guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Return and restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
• Perform deep‑cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Follow all house, safety, and security procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and co‑workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with local attractions and activities relevant to guests.
