High Potential IT Support Program

About the role

Join Impossible Cloud’s High Potential Program, a fast‑track 4‑to‑6‑month experience designed for recent graduates eager to launch a career in IT support. You will work on real projects from day one, gaining hands‑on exposure to the company’s internal infrastructure and cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line helpdesk support for hardware, software, account and connectivity issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of employee devices, including macOS, Windows laptops and monitors.
• Assist the Engineering team with user account creation, permission handling and access control.
• Document internal IT systems, tools and processes to meet compliance and certification standards.
• Identify recurring technical problems and propose or implement improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management or a related field.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes initiative without waiting for direction.
• Strong communication skills and reliable teamwork attitude.
• Interest in AI tools and automation for internal operations.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Linux, macOS and Windows environments.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash.
