Host/Hostess – Guest Services at Cecconi's

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Host/Hostess to join the Cecconi’s team at Soho House Berlin. You will be the first and last point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from reservation to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations and optimise table allocation using the restaurant’s booking system.
• Greet guests, escort them to their seats and coordinate seating plans during peak periods.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating guest lists, processing payments and maintaining service logs.
• Support the floor team during busy service times by assisting with guest service as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural hospitality charm.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
