Junior HTML CSS Developer

About the role

Braun Management is seeking a Junior HTML CSS Developer to turn complex organizational analyses into clean, accessible web layouts. This entry‑level position focuses on building and maintaining the digital templates that help consultants present evidence‑based solutions to leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Convert plain‑text analysis and simple design wireframes into semantic HTML and CSS.
• Maintain and update a library of report templates to ensure visual consistency.
• Debug layout issues and guarantee readability across browsers and devices.
• Optimize information hierarchy so critical data is easily identifiable.
• Collaborate with the analysis team to create small internal tools that automate formatting of standard datasets.
• Ensure all web content meets accessibility standards, especially regarding contrast and font legibility.
• Document code clearly for remote team members.
