Management Accountant & Operations Specialist (Automation & AI)

About the role

agriportance is seeking a Management Accountant & Operations Specialist who will combine strong finance and controlling expertise with a passion for automation and AI. You will support decision‑making, optimise financial reporting and drive AI‑enabled process improvements across finance, HR and back‑office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of financial analyses and reports for management decision‑making.
• Track and monitor key financial KPIs and improve reporting processes.
• Identify, design and implement automation opportunities across finance and operational workflows.
• Build and maintain AI‑supported processes such as reporting automation, document processing and data extraction.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI agents) to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Drive optimisation and standardisation of internal processes and documentation across operations and HR.
• Support onboarding, recruiting workflows and coordinate administrative and compliance‑related tasks.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in finance controlling with strong analytical and KPI‑tracking skills.
• Hands‑on experience using digital and AI‑based solutions to automate daily operations.
• Proven experience in organising or project‑based work in HR operations or back‑office process optimisation.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience in international, fast‑growing or remote team environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
