Manager, People Systems (Workday Talent Management & Total Rewards)

About the role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Manager for People Systems to lead the design, configuration, and evolution of its Workday Talent Management and Total Rewards ecosystem. You will guide a team of experts to deliver seamless, automated HR experiences that support the company’s fast‑moving, global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end configuration and strategy for Workday Talent Management, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Workday specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts and MVPs to showcase innovative Talent and Total Rewards process flows.
• Champion native Workday AI features and integrate external best practices into system standards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including Brand CHROs and Product Managers, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive global process harmonisation to reduce complexity and technical debt.
• Perform hands‑on configuration work on complex calculated fields, performance templates, and calibration settings when required.
• Define and execute a long‑term roadmap moving the team from reactive ticket handling to proactive system evolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR technology teams, preferably within a global, fast‑growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
