Media Consultant & Customer Success Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Media Consultant and Customer Success Manager to help German- and English-speaking clients unlock the full value of our AI-driven performance-marketing platform. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers from onboarding through optimisation to renewal while promoting a data-first, automated workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer accounts, including onboarding, performance optimisation and contract renewal.
• Analyse cross-channel data (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap and others) together with clients to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations and best-practice consulting on AI implementation in performance marketing.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop strategic account plans.
• Work with Product and Machine-Learning teams to feed customer insights into platform improvements.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in performance marketing, either agency or in-house.
• Fluent German (native) and business-level English.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence handling large data sets.
• Proactive, client-focused attitude and willingness to travel occasionally.
