Operations Coordinator – Workforce Management

About the role

Electronic Arts is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support its Tracab division in Germany and the Czech Republic. The role focuses on managing a high‑volume student workforce, ensuring smooth onboarding, shift planning and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor workforce planning and hiring needs for student employees across Germany and the Czech Republic.
• Source, screen and onboard large numbers of student workers, collecting enrollment certificates and other mandatory documentation.
• Coordinate shift schedules with Tracab operations, track working hours and compensation thresholds for “student workers”, Minijobbers and DPCs.
• Generate reports and provide operational tracking data, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, People Experience and Payroll teams.
• Maintain compliance with EA standards and local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in workforce coordination, high‑volume recruiting or HR operations.
• Experience handling employment documentation for student workers in Germany; knowledge of Czech regulations is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English and fluency in German; Czech language skills are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management or equivalent practical experience.
