Part‑Time Freelance Marketing Specialist – German Market

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time freelance Marketing Specialist to localize and execute the global marketing strategy of a fast‑growing supply‑chain technology company for the German market. Based in the Düsseldorf area, you will act as the primary marketing reference for Germany, translating the company’s B2B narrative into campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and localize the global brand narrative for German supply‑chain, retail, and manufacturing buyer personas.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns on LinkedIn, SEO, and email to drive pipeline and brand awareness.
• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence in DACH, including organic content, thought‑leadership posts, and paid targeting.
• Own the German SEO roadmap: keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content briefs, and performance monitoring.
• Design, build, and optimise email marketing journeys (nurture, newsletters, event invites) for a B2B audience.
• Leverage generative AI, automation, and analytics copilots to accelerate content production and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with HQ marketing, local sales/consulting teams, and the GTF expansion network to align messaging and assets.
• Monitor KPIs, report on channel performance, and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in supply‑chain, logistics, retail tech, SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong execution skills in LinkedIn management, SEO, and email marketing.
• Deep understanding of German B2B buyer behaviour, business culture and digital consumption habits.
• Self‑starter with high ownership, able to work independently while staying connected to an international team.
