Project Manager – Building Services Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the building services engineering sector. The role involves developing technical concepts, reviewing plans and tender documents, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate building services engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop, review and refine technical concepts, plans and tender documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and overall progress, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with architects, specialist planners, subcontractors and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Support bid preparation and cost calculations for new opportunities.

Required profile

• Completed degree or master craftsman qualification in building services or electrical engineering.
• At least two years of project management experience in building services plant construction.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑trade projects and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Independent work style with strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Familiarity with CAD software and project management tools is advantageous.
