About the role

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Frankfurt, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead diverse pharma and biotech projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while working in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple pharmaceutical and biotech projects, managing scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Oversee project teams, budgets and risk factors, balancing priorities to achieve excellent results.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic thinker capable of balancing multiple projects and mitigating risks.
• Fluent German language proficiency.
