Senior Talent Partner (Tech)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Tech) to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and commercial functions in a fast‑scaling startup. Operating in a remote‑first environment, you will shape the talent engine that drives the company’s growth and influence how the organization scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, product, design, sales, GTM and customer‑success roles.
• Build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines, treating candidates as relationship partners.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and refine hiring briefs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies across European tech and SaaS markets, targeting passive candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics such as conversion rates, time‑to‑hire and funnel health.
• Design, automate and continuously improve hiring workflows for speed and consistency.
• Ensure a structured, respectful interview process while maintaining high hiring standards.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, primarily in European tech hiring.
• Proven success hiring for early‑stage startups (Seed or Series A).
• Strong ability to recruit for technical roles with sufficient technical fluency.
• Experience hiring across both technical and commercial functions.
• Background in SaaS or AI‑driven startups and high‑growth hiring dynamics.
