SEO Manager

About the role

Almedia is looking for an SEO Manager to lead and scale its organic acquisition engine across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO. This hands‑on, cross‑functional position will drive sustainable user growth through technical SEO, content optimisation, experimentation and AI‑powered workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand organic growth initiatives across SEO, GEO, ASO and CRO.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site architecture, indexing, internal linking and schema markup.
• Optimise content based on search intent, ranking opportunities and conversion potential.
• Manage off‑page SEO activities, including backlink acquisition and authority building.
• Run landing‑page experiments to boost organic conversion rates.
• Support and optimise ASO initiatives for app stores.
• Build scalable, AI‑driven workflows and automation for growth tasks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and conversion‑driven sign‑ups.
• Analytical, hypothesis‑driven and execution‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working independently with a strong ownership attitude.
