Software Engineer – Hybrid, Munich

About the role

D11Z. Ventures, one of Europe’s leading venture‑capital firms, is building an internal technology platform that powers data‑driven deal sourcing and fund management. We are looking for a hands‑on Software Engineer to own and scale this platform, working from data infrastructure to AI‑driven agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure, including databases and API integrations.
• Optimize the AI‑powered pipeline that sources and evaluates startup opportunities.
• Develop internal AI agents that accelerate investment decisions.
• Implement automations to streamline fund‑management processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast‑paced technical environment such as a startup, scale‑up, or venture‑capital firm.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset with a builder attitude.
