Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Recruiting Center in Bremen. The consultant will support the defense sector by managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with legal and data‑privacy requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities across multiple channels, including active sourcing, social media campaigns and handling hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Draft and optimise job postings in line with market trends and legal regulations.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the application process and conduct pre‑screenings, telephone and in‑person interviews in English.
• Consult functional departments, hold job clarification meetings and co‑decide on candidate evaluations.
• Establish, monitor and improve recruitment processes such as SB, PES, GDPR erasure requests and external staffing agency guidelines.
• Operate the Job Match Point hotline and advise internal employees on internal mobility opportunities.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies on contracts, profile assessments, scheduling and invoice verification.
• Prepare shortlists and qualitative/quantitative reports for the Recruiting Center.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in business, technology or social sciences, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of proven experience as a recruiter, in a recruiting centre or as a researcher.
• Strong knowledge of personal data handling regulations and the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.
• Structured, results‑oriented and customer‑focused work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (including Pivot tables).
