About the role
Helsing, a defence AI company, is seeking a Team Assistant to support its German leadership team. You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for high‑stakes government and industry engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear information flow.
- Maintain complex agendas, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimise senior leaders' time.
- Organise domestic and international travel, handling logistics and expense reporting.
- Coordinate meetings and correspond with senior officials in both the public and private sectors.
- Filter and prioritise incoming requests, directing critical communications appropriately.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Strong organisational ability and capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- High degree of professional judgement, reliability, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Proven experience in administration, workplace coordination, or similar support functions.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
