About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to lead recruitment initiatives across the EMEA region while supporting our corporate headquarters with core HR functions such as headcount planning and training & development. The role acts as a strategic bridge between the business and its employees, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment plans for the EMEA region, meeting departmental hiring timelines and improving talent quality.
- Conduct regular workforce planning, analyze talent gaps, and support headquarters in shaping effective headcount strategies.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs that match organizational skill needs and promote career growth.
- Manage employee relations issues to maintain high satisfaction and reinforce company culture.
- Ensure all HR processes and documentation comply with local labor laws.
- Participate in HR projects, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on recruitment management.
- Strong understanding of talent management, training, and other core HR functions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of liaising across departments.
- Experience working with global headquarters or in a multinational environment is a plus.
- In‑depth knowledge of local labor laws and ability to ensure compliance.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
