Travel Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our Berlin team and help agency partners and direct customers plan unforgettable trips. You will act as the main point of contact, delivering expert advice and seamless support through phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized travel planning and advice to agency partners and occasional direct customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with local partners to arrange services and guarantee seamless itineraries.
• Answer questions about the Worldia platform with clear, accurate information.
• Share insider travel tips and build loyalty that turns prospects into brand ambassadors.
• Create tailor‑made itineraries and offers, exploring new destinations daily.

Required profile

• Resides in Berlin or willing to relocate.
• German language proficiency at C2 level and very good English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but career changers are welcome.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Passionate about travel and ready for new challenges.
